The stability of grass-roots managers plays a vital role in the sustainable development of enterprises,and the maintenance and incentive of their stability has become the focus of enterprise management.Their loyalty to the company will continue to rise.Positive incentives can not only improve the efficiency of employees,but also play the role of leaving old employees and introducing new talents.CB Corporation of China Nuclear Group also has the problems of loss of grass-roots managers,imperfect incentive mechanism and high personnel management cost.With the upgrading of domestic management concepts,incentive has gradually become a focus of corporate management.If the incentive mechanism can be used well,the efficiency of the team can be effectively improved,and the stability of the overall grassroots staff can be further improved.The research object of this paper is the grassroots management personnel of CB campany,which is gradually deepened and structured in structure.Firstly,through a field trip,a comprehensive understanding of a basic situation of the company will be known.Then based on the document analysis and situation we learned,the questionnaire survey and employee interviews will be conducted.Thus,problems and solutions of the incentive mechanism of CB enterprise grassroots managers will be put forwarded,along the basic ways of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.The study found that the company has the following five problems in terms of incentives: lack of incentives for material rewards,lack of atmosphere for grassroots management teams,difficulty in promotion at the grassroots level,lack of elimination mechanisms,lack of compensation incentives,lack of performance appraisal,training Lack of scientific planning and arrangements.In view of the existing problems in these incentives,combined with the previous research content and feedback from employee interviews,this paper proposes to optimize the material incentives for grassroots managers,increase team building efforts,broaden channels,improve mechanisms,and conduct performance appraisal and promotion.And the incentives are closely combined to form a systematic scientific training system and other incentive mechanisms.Through the research on the incentive mechanism of CB enterprise grassroots managers,on the one hand,it can help the enterprise to develop the incentive plan for grassroots managers who are coordinated with the new stage.On the other hand,it can also provide certain enterprises with similar problems in the same industry.
