In the context of "knowledge economy",talent has increasingly become the focus of competition among major companies.The utilization and value-added of knowledge and the effective allocation of resources all need to be realized through talents,thereby widening the distance between enterprises.Nowadays,the management of the construction industry is gradually refined and the profits are becoming more transparent.The profit rate of construction enterprises is declining year by year,and the brain drain of construction enterprises is becoming more and more serious.The large loss of personnel has caused immeasurable losses to construction enterprises.It has become an urgent problem for construction enterprises to solve.This paper takes S company as the research object,and mainly studies the problem of the loss of project management personnel at the grass-roots level.First,through interviews with the former employees,in-service employees and department leaders of the S company’s project at the grass-roots level,it initially collects and refines the factors that lead to employee turnover.These factors are organized into the form of questionnaires,and the reasons for employee turnover are verified and summarized by conducting a questionnaire survey on the turnover tendency of project management personnel,mainly including industry,enterprise and individual levels.Secondly,by discovering the causes of the problems,put forward corresponding solutions,mainly from the aspects of recruitment configuration,compensation and benefits,talent training,performance appraisal and labor relationship management.Finally,by improving the company culture,system and organizational guarantee to ensure the implementation and implementation of the solution.Through the research on S company,it helps state-owned construction enterprises to explore a human resource management system that is more suitable for their own development,and also provides support and reference for relevant grassroots personnel loss case studies.
