| Subway is developing rapidly in large and medium cities,but the construction process of subway is dynamic and changeable,which brings great pressure to project schedule management.The traditional construction schedule management technology can not meet the needs of the current subway construction management.In the construction industry,the emerging BIM-4D technology,aiming at the project schedule management problems,optimization of subway construction schedule management based on BIM technology can integrate construction information,predict construction risks,shorten construction period and improve management efficiency.This paper aims at the application of BIM technology in engineering Based on the application of BIM technology in the construction schedule management of a subway station,the 4D-BIM model of the subway station construction management is established based on the BIM technology and related software.The key construction process is simulated and analyzed.Finally,the advantages of the progress control technology based on BIM technology compared with the traditional construction control technology are compared.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Using Revit software to set up the subway station model of urban rail transit with the information of different specialties and components,using Navisworks to build the subway station model of urban rail transit.Manage software detects the collision of the established model,analyzes the characteristics of the collision of construction elements such as components and construction tools in subway construction,and probes into the general method of subway construction element collision based on Navisworks Manage software.(2)The construction schedule of the subway station was created using Microsoft Project software,and the established schedule was linked to the Navisworks Manage software to simulate the construction of the model,and the construction process was visually studied.The general method of construction process visualization and dynamic collision detection based on BIM is discussed.(3)Based on the simulation of collision detection and construction process,this paper studies and analyzes the BIM working-point workflow inspection mode,the design model and review,the integrated workflow of electromechanical pipeline,and the single-specialty model collision detection workflow.The workflow of collision detection among professionals,the workflow of changing the work flow of engineering quantity measurement,the workflow of collaborative updating of the model,the 3D visual roaming and so on are analyzed visually.(4)Study the management of project progress,Compare the project progress control based on BIM technology with the traditional project schedule control,dynamically analyze the feasibility of the comprehensive consideration factors in the real-time dynamic management process,and propose corresponding improvement measures based on the advanced nature of BIM technology. |
