In the background of car ownership is growing rapidly,parking problems become more serious,stereo garage for its safety,good stability and high economic advantages,has been widely used.But the development of controller is relatively slow,can not meet the dimensional requirements of high intelligence control,so it has great practical significance of the study of stereo garage controller.In this paper,the stereo garage controller based on STM32 is studied.The intelligent control of the stereo garage is realized by using the STM32's high intelligence level and rich external interface.First of all,an overall scheme of the controller is put forward and the hardware circuit is designed in detail.According to the controller work requirements,its external interface types is determined,using modular design method to design the power module,input and output module,relay module,communication module.Considering the size of the circuit board problem,the controller design into two parts of core board and expansion board,wherein the core board with STM32 micro controller as the core,integrated module interface expansion board.Secondly,the garage motor control algorithm is studied.Stereo garage motor is a strongly coupled nonlinear system,its start-up,speed control is more complicated,and the control effect of the operation of the motor directly determines the working state of stereo garage.In this paper the auto disturbance rejection controller(ADRC)structure and basic algorithm are analyzed,and designed the motor speed control system based on the ADRC,while using Simulink to conducte a simulation analysis for rapid response and overshoot control of ADRC.Then,design the stereo garage controller software programs.Through analyzing the running state of the stereo garage,determine the overall process control software,then design and research on the monitoring subroutine,serialcommunication program and CAN communication program.The software antijamming technology was analyzed and designed,including after the noise of the input signal and the program "running out".Finally,expand the testing of the controller.The controller hardware circuit reliability and feasibility of the software control and related communication is verified.The stereo garage controller based on STM32 can meet the requirements of high-dimensional control;and it has rich external interface controller to ensure the future scalability,laid the foundation for further study on the control of stereo garage.
