Research On Residential Space Design From The Perspective Of Organic Renewal Of Old Buildings

With the diversification of the tourism economy,the number of homestays has risen sharply,becoming a new type of industry for travelers,but due to market immaturity,economic conditions and technology constraints.Most of the homestay buildings are designed with a variety of old and old buildings,and the layout of most of the old buildings is not adapted to the current functional features,and the base is not perfect.Moreover,most of the old buildings are faced with the problem of demolition or reconstruction,the inheritance and development of the old building culture,so how to transform the old building into a homestay has become a hot spot of social concern.Therefore,this article takes Anhui Tuen Mun B&B as an example to explore the renovation of old buildings from the perspective of organic renewal.Emphasis is placed on the advantages of the old building renovation homestay.Based on the concept of“organic renewal of architecture”,from the perspective of organic renewal of buildings,it is concluded that the old building renovation B&B space needs to pay attention to its design principles such as integrity,graduality,uniqueness and integration.The specific design methods such as organic construction,spatial function darning,activation of characteristic atmosphere and humanistic scene creation are summarized,and the specific design methods under these conceptual directions are verified and explained by example design.In the process of summarizing specific design methods,research thinking based on practical and sustainable development.On the research methods of this article,the use of references,case analysis,field investigation,and actual case design method,finally,guided by the organic update the concept of the old buildings,according to the home stay facility design principle,through to the qimen county of huizhou actual project renewal and reconstruction of old buildings for home stay facility,the theory is applied to the real practice,to reflect the integrity of the research results and timeliness,maximum limit to verify the research content of this article.The organic renewal of old buildings into homestays is a dynamic protection method for old buildings,which can continue the value of old buildings.On the one hand,with the unique cultural background of old buildings,organic renewal of homestays can obtain certain social and economic value and drive economic development.On the other hand,expanding the new path of the organic renewal of old buildings can improve the theoretical basis of the organic renewal of old buildings and provide reference opinions for the research on the transformation of old buildings into homestays.
