Study On The Design Of Outdoor Space For Old Communities Under The Theory Of Urban Organic Renewal

With the development of The Times,in order to better meet the development needs of the city,not only the development of new urban areas has been increased,but also the renovation of old urban areas has been put on the agenda.But in on the way of the reconstruction of the old community in our country at present,mainly follows the large-scale demolition and reconstruction of the concept,to a certain extent restricts the course of the construction of the urban development,then caused the high attention of our country’s urban planners.In the renovation of the old urban community,in addition to the reconstruction and redevelopment of buildings,the renovation of outdoor space environment should be highly emphasized.Due to the early years of these communities,the outdoor space environment of many old and old communities can hardly meet the demands of residents.Therefore to humane standards to transform old community outdoor space environment is the essential means to improve the residents’ quality of life,is also an inevitable approach for promoting happiness city,with "urban organic renewal" theory to guide the reform design to improve the living environment and keep urban skin texture,continuation of urban context is of great significance.This article follows the research route of "asking questions-related basic research-analyzing problems-solving problems-practice verification".On the basis of relevant theories,based on several typical urban old community site survey and problems summarized,combining with domestic experience and theory of urban organic renewal and reconstruction design,from the physical environment,human environment and sustainable development of the three different levels to explore ways of old community outdoor space transformation,and combined with the organic renewal theory to guide practice project design.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction,introduces the organic renewal of old city community research background,analyzes the related research status at home and abroad,in view of the existing problems,and puts forward the research content and direction,established the research ideas and methods of the system,which laid a foundation for expansion of the paper.The second chapter,through the literature review of old community,public space and defining the concept of the urban renewal,combing the development of urban organic renewal theory at home and abroad,and summarizes the related theory of enlightenment for the modification of the old city community.In the third chapter,some typical old communities in beibei district of chongqing were investigated and investigated,and the main problems of the present situation were analyzed from the aspects of material environment and humanistic environment.Chapter iv for the key chapter of the paper,analyzed the domestic and international old outstanding case of the community outdoor space transformation put forward the principles and ways of upgrading,on this basis,the guide completed three old community practice project of outdoor space transformation.Chapter 6 is the conclusion.
