| As a new technology,building information model(BIM)is applied more and more in the construction industry.As a new technology for the development of construction industry,BIM service can provide services for consultants,constructors,supervisors and owners,involving operation stage,construction stage and design stage,as well as water supply and drainage specialty,structure specialty,Electromechanical Specialty and construction specialty,which can effectively change the cooperation relationship of engineering projects.Introducing BIM Technology into project schedule management can supplement the current schedule management theory,provide support for the informatization of schedule parameters,project collision inspection and construction operation simulation,and optimize the schedule management efficiency.However,the application of BIM Technology in China is relatively late,and it is in constant research and exploration at this stage,so the application of Bim in schedule management is still empty talk,and it is difficult to give full play to the advantages of BIM Technology.Based on the research of related theories and literature,this paper summarizes and analyzes BIM Technology and construction schedule.On the basis of expounding the current situation of building construction and BIM development,this paper summarizes the inevitability of green building development,combines it with the characteristics and core technology of BIM Technology,introduces the application process of building 3D model and related software,and points out the application route of BIM Technology.Combined with a specific project,combined with the modeling software of Revit,project management software and Navis Works collision checking software,the parametric and visual 4D model is constructed.Then the application of BIM Technology in progress tracking,schedule deviation and schedule adjustment is elaborated,and the feasibility of BIM Technology and actual project schedule is verified.. |
