| As a new information technology,BIM technology has been widely recognized in the construction industry.The application of BIM technology in construction schedule control can realize the visualization and information management of Engineering projects.However,in China,the application of BIM technology in construction progress control has not been popularized,and there are still some problems,such as the lack of in-depth theoretical research and practical engineering experience.The purpose of this paper is to combine BIM technology with traditional construction progress control methods,and to seek and explore more effective progress control methods.Firstly,the process of schedule planning and Optimization Based on BIM technology is studied.Based on the 3D construction model,the process of WBS work decomposition under BIM is analyzed in detail.In order to optimize the preliminary schedule,Navisworks software is used to simulate and analyze the construction process in a visual environment to achieve the goal of qualitative optimization of the schedule.In terms of resources,according to the mathematical optimization model of "fixed duration-resource balance",according to the idea of genetic algorithm,MATLAB software is used to set genetic parameters and time parameters.Programming solution analysis is carried out to achieve the goal of quantitatively optimizing the progress.Then,in the process of implementation of schedule plan,BIM technology and PDCA cycle principle are combined,and the methods of information collection,schedule deviation analysis and schedule optimization adjustment based on BIM4 D platform are analyzed.The process of schedule optimization based on BIM and genetic algorithm is also taken into account in the process of adjustment.Finally,taking the actual project as an example,through the simulation of construction process,we found that the working face was not fully and reasonably utilized,and made corresponding rectification measures to optimize the time limit.The genetic algorithm was used to optimize the resource balance of the case,which verified the effectiveness of the algorithm.This paper demonstrates the applicability of BIM technology in construction progress control: the process of optimization based on BIM and genetic algorithm can achieve qualitative and quantitative optimization of construction progress;the combination of BIM technology and PDCA cycle principle can control construction progress in advance,closed-loop feedback control,which has incomparable advantages compared with traditional methods.It has certain reference value in the following theoretical research and engineering practice. |
