As the next-generation power system, smart grid significantly improves the reliability, efficiency, security and sustainability of electricity services.Advances in smart grid technology enables users to collect power usage data in real-time,which helps electricity service center efficiently regulate local power, however,it also easily leads the leakage of users' information. Thus, how to balance users' real-time electricity consumption data and protect users' privacy is a crucial issue.A data aggregation protocol with privacy protection can be a feasible solution.Based on the actual requirements of the data aggregation protocol, this paper focuses on the research of the nature of leakage resilience,identity-based cryptosystem and certificateless cryptosystem. The main works are as follows: Firstly, this paper introduces the characteristics of the smart grid,it also introduces the security issues it faces. Then we analyze the research status of various technologies adopted by the protocol.Based on Felix's scheme,we proposed the leakage resilient homomorphic IBE(LH-IBE).Later,a leakage resilient homomorphic certificateless encryption scheme(LH-CLE)is proposed too.In this paper,we describe the applicability of two cryptographic schemes in smart grid, and we also analyze the correctness, security and computing efficiency of the scheme. Finally,After the implementation of our algorithms,we carried out statistical analysis on the simulation results, which verified the security and efficiency of the protocols.
