Electricity is a basic and public welfare industry related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,involving millions of households.The quality level of power engineering directly affects the reliability of power supply,the vital interests of all aspects,and even the national energy strategic security.At present,the power industry,especially the State Grid uses a concentrated number of power equipment,the concentration of advanced technology is more significant,and the quality level of power equipment plays an increasingly important role in the whole power project.Therefore.building a first-class material quality supervision system in the industry and improving the level of professional risk prevention and control are important steps to build an international first-class enterprise.How to establish and continuously deepen the supervision and management of power equipment quality and control the probability of risk occurrence has become a strategic problem to be solved urgently by power enterprises.Starting from the basic concepts of power equipment quality supervision and risk management and control,this paper studies the basic theory of power equipment quality supervision and risk management and control,analyses various risk factors existing in the process of supervision,and constructs a set of quantitative evaluation model of power equipment quality supervision covering the whole life of assets based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).A set of risk early-warning methods for electric power enterprises is established,and a single index risk early-warning model,an overall risk early-warning model and a comprehensive risk early-warning model are established.Based on the game mechanism,the early-warning results and risk sources of typical electric power equipment are analyzed,and the differentiated risk response strategies are formulated,and the actual effect of the control strategies is verified in practice,so as to improve the quality level of electric power equipment.
