Entering a new era,people's consumption ability and level are gradually improving.As an important part of the current social group,disabled people are usually in a weak position in society because of their physical defects.In the process of human evolution,affected by many factors,the disabled groups also appear and evolve in the social sphere.At the same time,this is also an objective problem in the process of human development.This article is aimed at this special group,in line with the design requirements of safety,economy,convenience and rapidity,proceeding from the physical and psychological conditions of the disabled and combining with advanced theoretical knowledge,improves and optimizes the dashboard,steering wheel,seat and seat belt of the product,so as to make it more convenient to operate,safe and practical,while maintaining a novel and fashionable appearance,and striving to create a strong pertinence.New vehicles.In this paper,the vehicle modeling work is preliminarily completed in the three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E.The human body model is constructed according to the relevant human-machine evaluation index.The main components of the product are analyzed by software CATIA,and the engineering parameters data of dashboard,steering wheel,seat and seat belt are obtained.Based on the feedback results,the model is further improved to make the design possible.The designed vehicles not only meet the design concept of "people-oriented",but also meet the design requirements of safety,economy and convenience.This paper designs and studies the corresponding vehicles for the disabled groups,which has a certain reference value for solving the travel problems of the disabled and alleviating the current social traffic pressure.It also provides the analysis of the human-machine performance of the vehicles.Profit reference.Designing and researching safe means of transportation for people with lower extremity disabilities can greatly improve the quality of life of the disabled.It is no exaggeration to say that fashionable and safe means of travel provide a strong support for the disabled to move towards a new life and create a positive life,which is of indispensable significance for their self-reliance and self-reliance.
