Research On The Localization Trend Of The Service Facilities For Disabled Person

As the rapid development of the undertakings of disabled persons, localization is becoming the mainstream of the development of the facilities for disabled persons. The popularization of the facilities for disabled persons has greatly advanced the establishment and development of the service system for disabled persons in China. But, when the development of the facilities for disabled persons is accelerating, there is few domestic study about it. Thus, more attention and continuous research is required.Firstly, the dissertation introduces how china contributes to the international undertakings of disabled persons, presents the status of domestic facilities for disabled persons, analyzes the problems of them, and describes the trend of localization, networking, diversification and communitization. Based on the analysis of the function and working status of the service organization for disabled persons, the dissertation then discusses the building approaches and development objectives of the service system for disabled persons, with a view to the trend of the service facilities for disabled persons. At last, the dissertation focus on the integrated local service facilities for disabled persons, researches their current standardization and future development in depth, and proposes some principles and criteria for their function definition, planning and architectural design.
