Mobile power vehicle is composed of automobile,diesel generator set,transmission and distribution and control system,high-efficiency sound insulation and noise reduction box,intake and exhaust noise reduction system,exhaust noise reduction system,lighting system,hydraulic support system,cable winch and tool cabin.The main tasks to be accomplished in refitting and system integration are: to integrate the vehicle with the diesel power generation equipment,to make full use of the limited space of the vehicle to achieve a scientific and Optical,diesel and storage multi-energy complementary mobile power supply vehicle mainly consists of automobile,diesel generator,photovoltaic power generation,battery energy storage,main control center,air intake and exhaust system,exhaust noise elimination system,cable,hydraulic support system.At the same time,it is equipped with other corresponding tools and other components.The main objective of the transformation and system integration of the original automobile is to combine the automobile with diesel power generation equipment,make full use of the limited space inside the automobile,make a scientific and reasonable layout,make the best choice and reasonable match of the most equipment,and make the final product meet the actual needs of users.As an important part of Chinese special vehicles,power vehicles have played an important role in disaster relief and rescue of natural disasters such as snow disasters and earthquakes in the past few years.With the continuous improvement of social material and cultural life and people’s constant pursuit of quality of life,power supply reliability is becoming more and more important in urban life,and the demand for mobile electric vehicles from various accidents is increasing day by day.Especially in recent years,climate change is frequent,and various natural disasters continue to occur.These emergencies test the reliability of the power grid and the effectiveness,rationality and perfection of the power supply emergency plan.The use of emergency power supply vehicles has become an important means of reliable operation of distribution systems in power supply systems at all levels.As a special vehicle,emergency power vehicle should be more adaptable than traditional vehicle,and can operate normally in the field or other harsh environment.Especially with the characteristics of mobility,it provides a good condition for field operations.This kind of vehicle also plays a very important role in emergency repair work.With China’s economic and social development,in order to improve the demand for emergency power vehicles will be more and more,the application will be more and more widely.The characteristics of traditional diesel engine group are that there are strict requirements for working environment,some outdoor conditions are bad,and they can not work normally,and there are also some shortcomings in mobility.In contrast,the emergence of emergency mobile power supply vehicle can effectively solve this problem.First,it has good off-road performance,can travel on various roads,and can provide normal power supply.In terms of flexibility,the operation is relatively simple.Diesel generating units need to be assembled to work normally,and there are strict requirements on the process of composition and technology.In the face of sudden accidents,its coping ability and flexibility will be slightly inadequate.Because of its stable performance,low noise,simple operation,easy maintenance and little impact on the environment,emergency mobile power supply vehicle can adapt to a variety of tasks.Its development space and potential are huge.This paper mainly aims at the following aspects of design and improvement.Firstly,we need to design a complementary power generation system based on optical and diesel energy storage.The miniature photovoltaic system should ensure the load demand.On the premise of this,the equipment needed for the photovoltaic system is selected and compared.At the same time,the system is optimized and improved.Through comparison,the optimal operation mode of the system is determined.The simulation of the integrated system provides a theoretical basis for the feasibility of the system.Comparing and analyzing various operation strategies,the advantages and disadvantages of each operation strategy as well as the use conditions are determined.At the same time,the load curves are compared to provide the basis for the operation of each operation strategy.The economic analysis of the system is carried out.
