With the development of electronic control technology,digital control on power control system of the vehicle has been basically realized,but power supply system on bus is still in extensive management,management of power supply system can effectively achieve the goal of energy saving.Also with the increase in electronic power consumption of bus,using one generator to power the vehicle is unrealistic and uneconomic,so the research of parallel power supply system on bus has important significance.In this article,solving the control of double generator parallel generation is consist of current decoupling control,control system modeling,system simulation and test bench verifying.First,the mechanism of double generator coupling is elaborated and the current of the control system is decoupled by solving the constraint equations based on feedback,and achieved the control of the post-decoupling system by the use of two separate discrete incremental PID control method;Then,through the analysis of the model,the model of the control system is made for computer simulation and further research and detailed analysis.And determined the method of control parameter tuning for the current decoupling control of double generator system.Finally,the test bench is designed and test of the bench confirmed the validity of the method.Meanwhile,on the basis of the control of generator,the power management strategies and algorithms of double parallel generator system is discussed on the aspect of the generator management and battery management.First,battery power management is achieved by the capacity estimation and the district management of the battery;Secondly,the working status of the generator is managed by acquiring the vehicle status information from the CAN network,and the function of energy recovery protection of the battery is achieved;Then the load information of vehicle power system is implemented to optimize the vehicle power supply strategy;Finally,integrating the battery management and the generators management,the determination of the reference voltage of power system and the mode of the double generator parallel system is made.So that the power supply controller and the controller of the parallel system can work in coordination.Finally,the controller of double generator parallel power system is designed and the test on actual vehicle is made.Consist of the controller of power system and the controller of double generator parallel generation,The controller is achieved by using C8051F500 MCU.The hardware design includs the design of drive module,power module,hardware operation module,the modulation module and communication module;software is written in C,following the modular design principle,and compiled by a corresponding compiler platform,to achieve the design features of the controller.the result of vehicle experiment show that the control system can achieve voltage regulation and current ratio control and its good dynamic performance,which can meet the requirements of practical use.It also validates the effectiveness of energy-saving policy,meaning through the integrated control of the generator and batteries,the vehicle can effectively save the generation electricity,thereby reducing the fuel consumption of the engine.
