Research On Planning Strategy Of Urban Coastal Area Based On Sustainable Development

Urban coastal area has become the gateway of coastal city by virtue of its superior geographical location and climatic conditions.In the 21 st century,the development of coastal area has entered the stage of comprehensive development.The coastal area of a city with convenient ports is the key point for the collision and integration of local culture and foreign culture.The coastal area of the city is not only an important public open space and a landmark,but also can provide tourists with sightseeing,leisure and vacation.In recent years,the unique and rich variety of urban coastal zone has been more and more tourists,the economic development of coastal cities benefit,at the same time,some of the insufficiency of the construction and design of overloaded caarrying capacity and tourist activities,results in a decrease of species diversity,ecological environment pollution and so on ecological environmental damage types of coastal zone.Therefore,to improve the ecological environment of the urban coastal area and reduce the environmental damage caused by the development and construction of the urban coastal area from the perspective of planning is crucial to the healthy development of the city.The urban coastal area needs scientific planning and design to achieve the sustainable development of human and ecological environment.This paper reviews the development history of urban coastal areas,summarizes relevant theoretical studies at home and abroad,and analyzes the planning and design methods and characteristics of excellent urban coastal areas at home and abroad by taking yokohama 21 district,Baltimore inner harbor,Sydney darling harbor and other projects as examples.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the urban coastal space,summarizes the main characteristics of the general coastal space,and puts forward the planning and design strategy of sustainable development in the aspects of traffic design,building control and landscape design.The sustainable planning and design strategy was used to complete the urban design of dongguan jiaoyiwan starting area,and the overall layout of "one belt,two corridors,six districts and multiple points" was determined.According to the planning principles of overall coordination,regionalism and sustainable development,the planning and design of traffic system,architectural control and landscape system are emphasized.The modern publictransportation system and slow traffic system with rail transit as the framework are planned,and the related planning and control requirements are put forward for the building height,building style and skyline,etc.,and the coastal characteristic landscape belt is mainly planned and a number of characteristic landscape nodes are set up.Through the overall study and project practice of urban coastal areas,the following conclusions are mainly drawn: 1.In terms of transportation,multiple public transportation modes should be planned to improve the accessibility of urban coastal areas.2.In terms of architecture,the design of the coastal area should absorb the local historical culture and incorporate it into the urban design.3.In terms of landscape,planning should focus on preserving important natural and ecological elements within the planning scope and creating humanized public open space.This paper,from the perspective of sustainable development,combined with urban design related theories,from the perspective of overall urban design,macro grasp and regulation of the relationship between urban development and construction and coastal ecological environment,trying to provide planning advice and design methods for the construction of sustainable urban coastal areas.
