China’s manufacturing industry is facing various challenges,such as global competition,shorter product life cycles,diversified demand,rising labor costs and the urgent need for sustainable and green manufacturing.At present,China’s small and medium-sized new automobile manufacturing industry faces the advantages of wide range of auto parts,many processes,mixed products,and lack of large-scale non-standard equipment manufacturers.There are no standards for single machines and special machines,depending on equipment manufacturers and other equipment maintenance.High operating costs,unmanageable spare parts,high equipment failures,long downtime,and uncontrollable.Production depends on human factors and is opaque.Under the background of urgent demand for intelligent manufacturing,new automobile manufacturing enterprises based on small and medium-sized enterprises want to gain a certain market share in fierce competition.They must think about existing competitive strategies and select appropriate competitive strategies.The fierce market environment is in an invincible position.Ai-Ways Automobile Co.,Ltd.,referred to as Ai-Ways Automobile,is an intelligent electric vehicle company that drives the evolution of the automotive industry.Based on the relevant theoretical research of corporate strategy and competitive strategy,and the author’s many years of work experience,this paper first analyzes the macro environment,industry environment and enterprise status of Aichu.The macro environment shows positive,the industry is fierce,and the enteprise has its own Good human resources and technical capabilities,facing the basis and challenges.After comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise,Ai-Ways Automobile put forward the strategy of the enterprise.After analyzing the total cost leadership strategy,differentiation strategy and the feasibility of the centralized strategy,Ai-Ways should choose the centralized strategy as the competitive strategy of the enterprise in the current state,and position the market segment as the largest in China.A single market segment-the A+&B SUV market,to tap the needs of users in this market segment,and to provide specialized products and services to form a competitive advantage.At the same time,it clarifies the formulation of the enterprise’s competitive strategy for AI+products,AI+management,and AI+services.Finally,this paper proposes the implementation of Aichi’s competitive strategy.First,strengthen the construction and configuration of human resources;second,build smart factories based on automation standards;third,establish a unique and friendly corporate culture.
