With the rapid development of China’s automobile industry and the continuous extension of the value chain of the automobile industry,the position of the automobile service industry in the whole automobile industry is becoming more and more important.As a microcosm of the automobile service industry,automobile maintenance also plays an important role.It is an indispensable part of the automobile aftermarket,and has developed vigorously in recent years.At present,there are a large number of enterprises in the automotive aftermarket,but there are not many enterprises that can sustain development.Enterprises in the automotive aftermarket need not only to face the changing industry development environment and policy environment,but also to have the strength to grow.FD automobile repair chain stores have been operating in Chengdu for half a year and have certain potential.At present,the market reputation is good and the management model is relatively scientific.However,the development strategy and business model are not clear enough,and the specific practices and business model for enterprises to take early action to become market leaders have not been clarified.This research just adapts to the needs of the company’s competitive strategy research,and provides guidance and reference for the company’s development direction,which has important practical significance.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the research background and significance,and based on the strategic management theory,analyses the external and internal environment of FD automobile fast repair chain stores.In the analysis of the external environment,this paper discusses the development and competitive environment of the current automobile maintenance service market,mainly uses PEST analysis method to analyze the domestic macro-environment,and uses the five-force competition model to analyze the automobile repair industry,and obtains the opportunities and threats in the external environment.In the analysis of internal environment,this paper mainly analyses the operation status of FD automobile fast repair chain stores,and points out the necessity of studying the competition strategy of FD automobile fast repair chain stores.Secondly,through SWOT analysis,this paper concludes the competitive advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by FD automobile fast repair chain stores.FD automobile fast repair chain stores should seize the advantages and opportunities to change the company’s competitive strategy.Finally,according to the theory of enterprise strategy,this paper puts forward the principles of strategy formulation,implementation plan and safeguard measures,mainly including innovation in service and cost,to ensure the effective implementation of competitive strategy and to promote the sustainable development of FD automobile fast repair chain stores.
