Butterfly valve is an important pipeline equipment of hydropower station.At present,the head of large scale unit in China is more than 500 m.Because of the characteristics of simple structure and compact installation of butterfly valve,butterfly valve is mostly used in hydraulic turbine unit.The main function of the inlet butterfly valve of hydraulic turbine is to intercept the upstream water,when the unit needs maintenance,it can be used to cut off the flow of water and protect the safety of the maintenance personnel;when the unit has a speed regulation accident,the inlet butterfly valve of the turbine can be shut down by water.Prevent the accident from spreading;when the unit is not used for a long time,it can block the upstream water and reduce the leakage of the guide vane.In this paper,the structure of inlet butterfly valve of hydraulic turbine is optimized by simulation and analysis to improve its working performance and reliability.First of all,through the Solidworks 3D modeling software,the 3D solid modeling of the DN1600 type water turbine inlet butterfly valve provided by Wuhan YaMei Valve Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.is built,and some parts of the water turbine inlet butterfly valve are adjusted.The completed 3D model is introduced into the ANSYS Workbench analysis software,and the water inlet butterfly valve of the turbine is based on the water turbine.The static stress analysis of the water turbine inlet butterfly valve,the modal analysis and the response spectrum analysis of the acceleration load conditions of the water turbine are carried out,and the total of the water turbine inlet butterfly valve is obtained under the strength test condition.Deformation and equivalent stress,natural frequency and vibration mode under normal working condition,and response of inlet butterfly valve of hydraulic turbine under earthquake condition.To check whether the valve meets the standard,and to provide a reference for the next optimization work.On the basis of the original drawing of DN1600 turbine inlet butterfly valve,the valve structure is optimized,and the valve shape and structure are modified and adjusted on the premise that most of the valve structure dimensions remain unchanged.After the adjustment is completed,the SolidWorks software is used to model the valve,and a series of analysis processes are carried out again,and the deformation cloud diagram and equivalent stress cloud diagram of the valve are obtained.By comparing the experimental results before and after optimization,it is concluded that the new inlet butterfly valve of hydraulic turbine is more stable in structure and more safe and reliable.By using the powerful simulation function of ANSYS Workbench in structure analysis,a series of analysis and design of turbine inlet butterfly valve are carried out in this paper,and a complete analysis method is established,which provides reference for other valve researchers.The traditional turbine inlet butterfly valve is called HD valve,and the improved turbine inlet butterfly valve is called GHD valve.
