The article takes the ND offshore wind power project as an example.The ND offshore wind power project is the first bedrock seabed geological project in China.Tbe hard rock,the gully and the difficulty of project schedule management are unprecedented.It brings great challenges to the selection,design and construction of the wind turbine foundation.From the trial pile to the batch construction,the construction unit has overcome many difficulties and finally connected to the grid.It is a technological advancement and an improvement in project schedule management.Considering that many companies have acquired the same type of geological resources,it is difficult to construct.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on the schedule management plan of the offshore project to promote the development and construction of the same type of geological projects south of the Yangtze River.At present,domestic project schedule research is still relatively lacking for wind power construction projects,especially offshore wind power construction projects.The domestic is mainly about the jacket and single pile construction technology of Jiangsu intertidal zone and offshore silt geology,and related progress management experience.The construction technology and progress management experience for the geological section of this project is still blank.The difficulty in the construction progress control of the ND offshore project lies in the slow decision-making approval process of the project,the lengthy procurement management procedures,the complicated geological conditions,the high requirements for construction and ship equipment,and the complex external social environment.Therefore,the article starts from four aspects:the in-depth program,the technical personnel composition control plan,the main equpment material control plan,and the technical control plan.The WBS is used to decompose the task and estimate the time required for each work,and confirm with the Gantt chart.The work center and the task of easily overtime have conpleted the formulation of the project construction schedule.From the perspective of how to ensure the schedule,combined with the theory of schedule control measures,combined with the construction process of the innovative high pile caps of the project,the development of rock-socketed single pile construction equipment,successful trial pile and batch construction,research and development and mastering bedrock Geological single pile construction process.This is also the focus of this article.During this period,several world-first construction projects were created,several domestic leading construction equipment were developed,and unprecedented experience in wind power construction progress control of bedrock seabed was accumulated,which can demonstrate the development of offshore wind power in Fujian and even the southeast coast of China.
