Research And Application Technology Of Process Model For Aircraft Sheet Metal Parts

The efficiency of process model design for aircraft sheet metal parts directly affects the cycle of digital manufacturing.It is one of the urgent problems to improve the efficiency of process model design for aircraft sheet metal parts in digital manufacturing.Several expressing methods and delivery routes of common information for aircraft sheet metal parts in the manufacturing process are analyzed.The technology of acquiring geometric information from the digital model and the technology of extracting non-geometric information from the structure tree are studied based on the MBD technology.The relationship between digital model and process model in the modeling process is standardized.And the information in the structural tree is also standardized.By analyzing the rapid design theory of process model for aircraft sheet metal parts and making full use of the advantages of CATIA/CAA development platform,the research on the used technology of process model for aircraft sheet metal parts was carried out.A set of system was introduced in this paper,which is suitable for the software of process model rapidly design for aircraft sheet metal parts.An example was given to illustrate the rapid design of the aircraft sheet metal parts.The process of designing and key technologies are also introduced.In addition,put forward multiple-interface shape cross line method on the complex sheet metal component,and perform the expansion process model design.The system adopts the parametric design method to improve the ability of human-computer interaction.The software for process model has good scalability which was designed and developed by the object-oriented method.The system ensures the accuracy of the information,improves the process stability,and meets the requirements of quality.What is more,it shortens the manufacturing cycle,which plays an important role in the actual production application.
