In the actual parts of manufacturing process,working time quotas play an important role and they are the basis for determining data about plant production and worker salaries.The actual processing time in the working hour quota can be obtained by the relevant calculation formula,and the accuracy of the processing time affects the accuracy of the working hour quota.Therefore,the calculation of processing time in working hours quota is particularly important.In view of the many shortcomings in the calculation of working hours quota in the current production process,this paper develops a software system for quickly obtaining parts processing technology information and working hours calculation.According to the standards established by the process,this paper analyzes the composition and basis of the work time quota,studies the calculation method of working time quota based on typical parts,and verifies the verification of the working time quota technology and the processing of abnormal data.On the basis of MBD-based three-dimensional process information representation technology,the machining characteristics of machining parts and sheet metal parts are classified.Using CATIA secondary development technology,the process information extraction of 3D digital model tree is realized.The feature recognition method of the extended attribute adjacency graph is extended,and the process information is extracted.Then,based on the analysis of the demand and purpose of the working hour quota system,a database of knowledge base and working time calculation formula for processing feature identification is established,and the obtained processing technology data information is matched with the working time given principle to obtain the basic operation time.Finally,the three-dimensional process-based part manufacturing quota system was developed.It adopts modular structure design and friendly human-computer interaction environment,which is convenient for maintenance and development.The system is easy to use,simple to operate,and has good practicability.It improves the efficiency of working hours and also improves the efficiency.The accuracy of time quota has certain application value in actual production.
