| Parts with high precision and weak stiffness in special vehicle drive system require hig h processing technology.Multiple trials are necessary for traditional process design to dete rmine a reasonable route and process parameters.Simulation analysis is limited due to the lack of manufacturing resource library,three-dimensional step model,simulation analysis management and process change management when applied to process design.Therefore,research and development of a digital technology platform for management of corporate stock resource,processing technology,process simulation and process change are very im portant.This thesis proposes a solution of digital technology platform,design the function of process platform,develop the function model of process platform,and propose the archit ecture of process platform based on the analysis of connotation of PLM and core functions of PLM system.Then the process platform process management modules and manufacturing resources Knowledge Library modules are studied.After analyzing process data content and process data management method,a structured process management method is proposed;After analyzing the deficiencies of the current MBD technology in 3D process,I study the MBD technology used for process design,which is the foundation for realizing the three-dimensional process;the ER model and the relational model of 3D process data object under the structure management method is established.In the study of manufacturing resource knowledge construction technology,I analysis needs and design the function;I establish the classification hierarchy of manufacturing resources?Finally,process annotation symbols is customized in NX and a 3D process model is built;The attribute dictionary and classification structure of manufacturing resources are created in Teamcenter;The process data objects are created in Teamcenter Business Modeler IDE and the process management interface is developed,achieving the management of structured 3D process data. |
