Research On H Company’s Strategies And Business Measures

During the 12th five-year plan period,Huadian Heavy Industry has made initial success in developing new businesses such as offshore wind power,clean and efficient utilization of coal,new network frame technology and industrial noise control on the basis of the steady development of traditional advantageous businesses such as Material Transportation,Thermal Engineering and High-end Steel Structure.During the 13th five-year plan period,Huadian Heavy Industry’s traditional core business of Material Transportation and Thermal Engineering is bound to be greatly challenged by the shrinking market.While vigorously promoting new businesses such as Offshore Wind Power and High-end Steel Structure,it also needs to actively carry out capital investment to seek new development opportunities and fight against cyclical fluctuations.Huadian Heavy Industry of the current business development bottleneck,influenced by macroeconomic,material,heat and other traditional business appear obvious cyclical downturn,the company how to adjust business development path,traditional business market share and profitability through ascension,realizes the endogenous development at the same time,how to use the layout of the emerging business produces strong pull to future business,we also need to think about strategic themes.Starting from the business response measures of the strategic implementation of H Company Limited,under the background of the 13th Five-Year Plan,this paper formulates a strategic development plan for the company,provides support for the realization of the strategic objectives of the company,and provides an effective reference for the future development of the company.Specifically,this paper puts forward specific business strategies from five aspects:material transportation,steel structure,thermal engineering,offshore wind power,equipment manufacturing base,and sets specific development measures,and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures from the functional level.In a word,enterprise strategic management is a progressive and rolling thing.Every year,according to the specific situation,it needs to be updated and enriched,and new methods are constantly put forward.Through this paper,I am more familiar with the company’s business and strengthen my sense of mission.
