As the power supply facility of new energy vehicles,electric vehicle charging piles are indispensable as one of the strategic indicators to promote the development of new energy vehicle industry.The production and sales of new energy vehicles are increasing year by year,among which,electric cars that need to be charged account for about 90% of the total.However,for the whole market,the laying of electric car charging has not been widespread,the number of electric cars cannot keep up with electric cars,and there are many problems in use.This paper proposes and realizes a kind of IOT ground locking charging pile.Under the technical background of the Internet of things,the charging pile and the ground locking device work together and control in linkage,so as to promote the intelligentialize of the charging pile.In this paper,with reference to national standard file of GB/T 18487.1-2015 "electric conduction charging system" described in the specification for design and development,ensure unity of charging piles,according to the overall design scheme of requirement analysis to design further lock objects connected to the IOT ground locking charging pile points as the main control board,power board and lock device,main control board of the main control chip for LPC824,contain step-down circuit,RS485 communication circuit,connected to confirm circuit design,power grid of 220 v alternating current(ac)to direct power panel power supply,power supply panel using the relay control whether to electric vehicle power supply,The control signal is sent from the main control board,and the output end of the power board is connected with the charging gun meeting the requirements of national standards to provide ac charging.The main control board issues lifting instructions to the ground lock device to supervise the right to use the charging parking space.Software design collocation,the IOT ground locking charging pile can realize touch screen display,network communication,abrupt stop button control,indicator light display,to lock the device linkage control function such as lifting,ensure good human-computer interaction function,fault handling for various emergency measures,and remote monitoring management of online features.The IOT ground locking charging pile can monitor the equipment in real time,collect and upload data,and effectively control the charging parking space through the ground locking device,so as to prevent the arbitrary occupation of fuel vehicles,efficiently use the existing EV charging pile resources,and reduce the pressure of unbalanced proportion of vehicle piles.
