The problem of the depletion of fossil energy and the aggravation of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious with the rapid development of the social economy.The multi heat source heating system,which is composed of solar energy,air energy,waste heat recovery and so on,has been widely recognized and popularized by the society because of its advantages of energy-saving,emission reduction,flexible combination,operation economy and so on.On the basis of comprehensive investigation and analysis,this paper puts forward a dual heat source compound system composed of solar energy collector and air energy heat pump,which is used to realize the three supply of heating and cooling and hot water supply in small buildings.Based on the problems of heat load composition,energy management and system scientific operation,The solution of the rational utilization and monitoring of energy is given.The design idea and implementation method are verified by builting an experimental platformBased on the analysis of solar heat collector system,heat pump system and the principle of waste heat recovery,a dual heat source system combined solar heat collector and air source heat pump is proposed according to the heat supply characteristics of each heat source.According to the principle of "energy cheap priority",the system operating principle and the operating mode under different climate conditions are designed for the system energy allocation management thought and system operation strategy.In order to improve the automation level of the system control,meet the requirements of the energy scientific call and intelligent management of the system,the structure and control scheme of the monitoring system of the dual heat source system are given,and the monitoring targets and requirements of the system are determined according to the design principle of remote monitoring and combining the control strategy of the system.The network mode,serial communication and communication protocol in the monitoring system,the working principle of electronic detection sensor and the selection scheme of the electronic detection sensor were discussed and analyzed for the detection and monitoring principle of the systemThe hardware and software design of the system are given according to the system operation control strategy and the electrical control scheme.The running and invoking of the subroutine modules of each part of the system operation are realized by using PLC as the control core.The wireless communication module is selected and the configuration software is designed to solve the communication problems between the PLC programming software and the remote intelligent terminal,configuration software and the remote intelligent terminal.The system webpage monitoring and wireless remote visual configuration monitoring management is implemented.The dual heat source triple supply simulation test platform is set up,and the control variable test is used to monitor the system operation and verify the control strategy function.The analysis of experimental test results shows that the remote monitoring system can stably and quickly reflect the real-time running status of the system.The system accurately realize the operation mode intelligent switching control and network remote monitoring function requirements basing on energy cheap priority use principles and system control strategies.Based on the analysis of a large number of closely related literature at home and abroad,this subject take the monitoring automation of the dual heat source for small buildings as the research object and propose a multi source triple supply energy management and control detection scheme basing on the principle of energy cheap priority;The feasibility and rationality of the design idea and scheme of this project are verified by testing and analyzing the actual operating conditions and operating parameters of the dual heat source experiment platform.which provide a design basis and demonstration for the efficient utilization of new energy,and a reference for similar problems.
