In recent years,with the increase of electricity consumption in China,the demand for the reliability of distribution network is increasing.As a power distribution dry-type transformer,it plays an important role in the development and operation of the power grid.In order to respond positively to the energy saving policy and energy efficiency promotion plan put forward by our country,it is of great significance to research and design energy-efficient series dry-type transformers which are more suitable for power grid development.In this thesis,a series of high efficiency and energy saving transformers are researched through the combination of optimization design,theoretical calculation and practice verification.And the open three-dimensional coil core dry-type transformer with SCB13-RL-630/10 is designed.On the basis of consulting a lot of literature,the problems of high energy consumption and poor performance parameters in dry distribution transformers in current distribution network are summarized,and feasible improvement methods are summarized.First of all,a comprehensive comparison is made between the current laminated core of dry-type transformer and the open three-dimensional coil core designed in this thesis,and the advantage of this design core in material utilization,weight,loss and economy is obtained.Secondly,the feasibility of the opening is analyzed on the basis of the structure of the core,and the optimal opening position is determined.According to the different section optimization method of the iron core section the section area of the core section which is most consistent with the engineering practice is obtained.After defining the main performance index of dry-type transformer,the electromagnetic calculation of the core winding,the calculation of the winding loss and the temperature rise of the core winding are calculated,and the calculation list of the design transformer is obtained.According to the calculation data,the transformer manufacturing drawings that meet the standards are designed through the AutoCAD engineering drawing software,and the process requirements for different structural designs are discussed.According to the production process,the epoxy resin casting process features and precautions are summarized.Based on the calculation data and manufacturing drawings,an open three-dimensional coil core dry-type transformer prototype is manufactured.The research and design of open three-dimensional coil core dry-type transformer in this thesis is based on the actual project,and the electromagnetic calculation data conforms to the parameters of the SCB13 series of transformers.The temperature rise of the core and the winding is lower than the limit value of the insulating material.The open three-dimensional coil core dry-type transformer has intuitive and practical significance:Compared with the traditional three-dimensional coil core dry-type transformer with the same capacity,the cost is low,the production difficulty is low,the maintenance is convenient,the operation stability is high,and has great practical value.
