The clutch acts as a bond to link the engine and the transmission.Among the clutch,automatic clutch(AMT)plays a key role in the electronic controlled mechanical transmission.There are many defects in the control motor of the traditional automatic clutch,such as short lifetime,low efficiency and high maintenance costs,which fail to fulfil the control requirements of the automatic clutch.Conversely,there are lots of advantages in Brushuless DC motor(BLDCM),including high stability,reliability and safety coefficient,as well as low cost.In this project,using BLDCM to study and develop the control motor of the automatic automatic clutch,we are fond that it shares good practical and development value.Adopting a quasi-sine wave controlled BLDCM,I first analyze the basic mechanism and control method of the BLDCM detailedly.I examined the vector control of BLDCM that reduces the torque ripple in the space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM).Meanwhile,the switching function of Sliding mode variable structure theory is vulnerable to chatting,Secondly,the position and speed of the rotor are estimated by the sliding mode observer,and the vector control of the sensorless BLDCM is realized.Consequently,in order to achieve good results,adopting the method of switching function Continuum to eliminate.This project has designed the hardware and software of the controller using STM32 as the core on the basis of theoretical analysis.The development of experiment of the controller can be finished by the serial port simulation of each state of the vehicle.Finally,the system simulation model is built by MATLAB/Simulink platform.The results showed that the electric machinery could run up to a stable speed in a short period of time,with a lower overshoot.Meanwhile,results from the test of experimental prototype demonstrated that the BLDCM controller has good speed control precisio,The control accuracy is higher than 98%.and the electric machinery runs smoothly.These results verified the effectiveness of the algorithm and the flexible and adaptable characteristics of good flexibility and adaptability,which can meet the actual needs.
