| In recent years,severe extreme weather such as rainstorm and floods have occurred frequently around the world.The most common manifestation of extreme weather in my country is continuous heavy rainfall,which indirectly highlights the problem that my country’s cities are affected by waterlogging disasters.While flooding the roads,heavy rain and waterlogging also brought severe tests to the city’s infrastructure.The subway is one of the most effective ways to alleviate urban ground traffic congestion.If the waterlogging disaster affects the safe operation of the subway,it will bring hidden dangers to the daily travel of citizens.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the relevant research on the vulnerability of subway waterlogging disasters,and introduce measures and suggestions to reduce the vulnerability of subways.First of all,based on the study of the definitions,components and evaluation methods of vulnerability in different fields at home and abroad,this thesis summarizes the relevant theories of the vulnerability of subway waterlogging;Then,combined with the components of vulnerability,it discusses the three dimensions that affect the vulnerability of subway waterlogging — exposure,sensitivity and responsiveness,and further elaborates how these three dimensions affect the vulnerability of subway waterlogging.On this basis,combined with the actual situation,the waterlogging vulnerability evaluation index system of Metro Line 3 in H City was constructed,and the constructed index system was optimized through the method of questionnaire survey and expert interview to establish a scientific,practical and perfect evaluation index system.Secondly,a vulnerability evaluation model combining AHP combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is constructed,and the evaluation steps of the two evaluation methods are given at the same time.Thirdly,through the expert questionnaire survey,the relevant index data of Metro Line 3 in H City was collected,and the weights of relevant indicators were calculated by the AHP method,and then combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the waterlogging vulnerability evaluation of Metro Line 3 in H City was empirically analyzed.The evaluation results are obtained,and the evaluation results are explained.Finally,according to the construction status and evaluation results of Metro Line 3 in H City,measures and suggestions to reduce the vulnerability of subway waterlogging are put forward in a targeted manner.Provide reference for improving the comprehensive pre-disaster emergency management system. |
