| In the past decade,highway construction in Heilongjiang province has been on a large-scale construction.Most of the asphalt pavement in Heilongjiang province has entered the maintenance stage,and the main direction of the highway administration of Heilongjiang province has also changed from construction to maintenance.The asphalt pavement maintenance work in Heilongjiang province is carried out according to the national standard,but the national standard is oriented to the whole country.In addition,problems such as limited economy and harsh climate,waste of maintenance funds and poor performance of asphalt pavement result in the current maintenance work in Heilongjiang province failing to reach the expected goal.In this case,it is necessary to study a set of comprehensive asphalt pavement maintenance technology suitable for Heilongjiang province to extend the service life of asphalt pavement,determine the appropriate maintenance opportunity,and rationally use the maintenance funds.Firstly,a comprehensive field survey was carried out on the asphalt pavement of highway in Heilongjiang province,including construction situation,construction time,pavement damage condition,pavement performance index data,maintenance status,etc.Then the paper analyzes the future construction of asphalt pavement in Heilongjiang province,the characteristics of pavement diseases and the existing problems in the maintenance work.At the early stage of the further study,the concept of comprehensive maintenance technology of asphalt pavement in Heilongjiang province is put forward.Secondly,the problems in the prediction of asphalt pavement performance in Heilongjiang province are analyzed.The grey neural network combination model optimized by genetic algorithm is selected as the prediction model.Using a large number of measured data to verify the feasibility of the model in predicting the performance index of each single pavement in Heilongjiang province.The model is used to predict the relationship of each index with the service life.Thirdly,the optimal result was obtained by taking the measured data of G1011 as the background,the weight of each single index of asphalt pavement performance in Heilongjiang province was calculated by using coefficient of variation method,analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method.The PQI values over the years were obtained through calculation,and the results were coupled by grey relational degree method to obtain the comprehensive maintenance technical standard of asphalt pavement in Heilongjiang province.Finally,five statistical methods were used to calculate and analyze the service performance indexes of each single pavement,and the maintenance thresholds of each single pavement service performance index in different curing stages were obtained.Then the basic idea of asphalt pavement maintenance and analysis,the suggestions of comprehensive pavement maintenance technology in Heilongjiang province are put forward. |
