Research On Quality Evaluation Of Changchun Vanke P Ort Project In EPC Mode

At present,duing to the rapid development of the construction industry in various regions of the country,various construction companies are vying for the construction sector,But the quality problems of various engineering projects are emerging one after another.The state has continuously strengthened the quality control measures for engineering projects.The document also specifies that the construction project needs more detailed and systematic control methods to control the quality of the project.At this time,along with the continuous improvement of the application rate of the EPC mode,each construction company rushed to apply the EPC mode to control the project,and all of them achieved remarkable results.How to comprehensively improve the quality level of engineering projects under the EPC mode is undoubtedly a difficult point and key point in front of all enterprises.First of all,this paper introduces the research background and significance.Through the literature review,it summarizes the development status of EPC quality evaluation at home and abroad,the concept and characteristics of EPC mode,and compares the EPC mode with the traditional contracting model in detail.The connotation and characteristics of project quality and quality evaluation are introduced in detail,and the relevant knowledge points in the extension theory applied in this paper are introduced.Secondly,by introducing the basic situation,management objectives and quality responsibility of Changchun Vanke Port Project in EPC mode,combined with the actual situation on the site,the main problems and quality influencing factors of the quality of each stage of the project are analyzed,including five levels:Environmental impact factors,design-procurement influencing factors,personnel influencing factors,influencing factors of goods and influencing factors of technical measures.The questionnaire method was used to screen out the 11 primary indicators influencing the actual situation of the project and the influencing factors of 30 secondary indicators.And the quality evaluation index system of Changchun Vanke Port Project in EPC mode was established.Finally,combinng the analytic hierarchy process and the information entropy method to determine the weights of each evaluation index,and divide the quality grade into four evaluation grades of "excellent","good","qualified" and "unqualified" through relevant norms.The extension theory is used to construct the quality evaluation model of Changchun Vanke Port Project in EPC mode.The quality level of the project is "good" by calculating the comprehensive correlation degree.Combining the results of the correlation between the influencing factors of the first-level indicators and the influencing factors of the secondary indicators,the weak links in the quality management process are analyzed,and the project quality assurance and management corresponding measures are proposed according to the causes of the problems.
