Research On Quality Evaluation Of Fire Inspection Work Based On Quality Chain Theory

At present,the quality of fire engineering in the new era is facing serious challenges,so the country has carried out fire reform.Under the background of the national “ deregulation service ” and the reform of fire control institutions,through the investigation of the current situation of engineering fire control management,it is found that with the gradual improvement of the policy of fire design review and acceptance(inspection),the work tends to be standardized.However,with the increase of fire control work requirements,the number of fire technical service institutions in construction projects increases,resulting in fierce competition within the service institutions and reduced unit price.There are problems such as low quality of technical review,nonstandard behavior,low work efficiency,and the newly promulgated technical standards and norms are not timely and in-depth.Through further investigation,it is found that the cause of the quality problem of fire inspection work is the lack of relevant quantitative evaluation system of work quality,and it is difficult to reasonably restrict the relevant personnel such as fire administrative departments,construction units and fire technical service institutions,which leads to the low quality of fire inspection work.Based on the above situation and existing problems,this paper introduces the quality chain theory,and the main research work is as follows :(1)The chain nodes in the quality chain are combined with the implementation process of fire inspection work,and the quality flow is combined with the work content of each stage of fire inspection work.The formation process of the quality of fire inspection work is analyzed,and the constituent elements of the quality of fire inspection work are clarified,namely the quality status and active force of each chain node.(2)The link between chain nodes is established,and combined with the work flow of fire inspection work,the quality of chain nodes is analyzed to find out the reasons for the change of the quality of fire inspection work.Based on this,the status chain system diagram of fire inspection quality is drawn.Through the chain system diagram,the core quality factors affecting the quality of fire inspection work are found.Based on the core quality factors,the quantitative evaluation index system of quality achievement of fire inspection work is constructed,and the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the quality achievement of fire inspection work.(3)Through the empirical analysis of NNX residential area,the evaluation results of the quality of fire inspection work based on the quality chain are obtained.According to the evaluation results,the key factors affecting the quality of fire inspection work are found,and the measures to solve the quality problems of fire inspection work are put forward.The rationality of the quality evaluation model of fire inspection work based on the quality chain theory is verified.
