China's engineering and construction industry has experienced rapid development in recent years,and its quality has always been a concern.However,due to the complexity of the construction process of the project,there are still problems in terms of quality.The main reason is that the quality management level of engineering projects in most enterprises is not high,and the common development with the overall level of society has not been achieved.Although China has successively issued laws and regulations related to the quality management of engineering projects and continuously improved the quality supervision and management system of engineering projects,it has not yet formed a sound quality management evaluation system for engineering projects,which has led to the lack of scientific guidance for quality management evaluation of engineering projects.Therefore,how to comprehensively evaluate the quality management of engineering projects,and then provide scientific guidance for quality management work and improve its quality management level has become an issue of increasing concern.Based on this,this paper intends to study the evaluation model of engineering project quality management based on the systematic excavation of the quality management evaluation index system of engineering projects.This paper firstly reviews the related research on engineering project quality management,quality management evaluation index and evaluiation method,divides the various stages of the project life cycle,and defines the connotation of engineering project quality management evaluation.Secondly,on the basis of combing the literature related to quality management evaluation of engineering projects,this paper identifies 24 quality management evaluation indicators of the lifecycles of the project by combining the literature analysis method and the enterprise interview methocd,uses SPSS21.0 to conduct explor;atory factor analysis on 24 indicators,and discovers the quality management evaluation index system of engineering projects including 6 common factors and 23 indicators.Moreover,according to the principle of minimum discriminating information,the combination weighting method is used to determine the weight of each level indicators of the project quality management evaluation,which makes up for the lack of the weight of quality management evaluation index depending on subjective experience;Thirdly,the evaluation criteria of engineering project quality management are designed,and the fuzzy theory is introduced to quantify the expert reviews of qualitative indicators to determine the BPA function of the expert comments.The discount coefficient method is used to modify the evidence source of expert comment,which weakens the impact of conflict evidence on the fusion result,and then the BPA function of qualitative indicator is obtained by MATLAB.The BPA function of quantitative indicators is determined by using the trigonometric membership function.According to this,the evaluation model of engineering project quality management based on improved fuzzy evidence theory is established.In addition,combined with a construction project,the model application research is carried out.The radar chart is used to analyze the comprehensive evaluation results of quality management of the engineering project.The synthetic results of the expert reviews show that the D-S evidence theory synthesis rules reduce the uncertainty of the expert judgement and enhance the consistency of the assembly of the expert consensus in the process of synthesizing the BPA function of the expert reviews;Finally,based on the evaluation index system and evaluation results of engineering project quality management,the corresponding quality management level improvement countermeasures are proposed from various stages of the project life cycle.
