The wall heat preservation as part of building energy efficiency can not be ignored,is in different stages of the building energy conservation target plays an important role in promoting the smooth implementation.Larger temperature in cold region in China,the cause of exterior wall thermal insulation or more problems,and after a few after the frost heave cycle of use fixed number of year ago in frost heave cracks,so it's the actual energy saving effect of exterior wall thermal insulation,for external thermal insulation systems,exterior wall insulation endurance test is qualified or not can determine its application,the premise of all external thermal insulation system should carry on the weathering test,so the weather resistance of external thermal insulation system is the most important performance indexes,external thermal insulation system is using failure does not occur during the life period of important indicators of external thermal insulation system has the function of use for a long time,the necessary condition of building energy conservation is a long-term and effective European technology certification standards the plaster layer of external thermal insulation composite systems "(EOTA ETAG 004:2008)is put forward Proper use and maintenance in the exterior insulation system case assumption is expected to use fixed number of year for at least 25 years,weathering test to simulate the actual division of the climatic conditions,is an important indicator of the durability of guarantee system.Damage of exterior wall thermal insulation not only severely affect the safety of construction as a whole,and the energy-saving design of buildings greatly increased energy consumption,so the durability experiment study of cold region insulated wall,can reduce building energy consumption,reduce the retaining fee,increase the overall security construction,the development of construction industry in China has important practical significance.Study of cold region heat preservation wall body physical performance experiment,this article will not equivalent the ETAG 004:2008 "have a plaster layer European technology of external thermal insulation composite system certification standards.In the circulation of hot rain,heat,cold circulating condition and the number of times,with reference to the provisions of the standard,the external wall thermal insulation system for cold climate cycle test;On freeze-thaw cycle,with reference to the European technology certification body,the method of cold climate cycle experiment was carried out,and combined with the climate conditions are classified,adopt suitable for cold region cycles,to assume that the expected useful life of at least 25 years of exterior wall thermal insulation system to accelerate damage simulation test.This article will apply thermal conductivity meter,coefficient of heat transfer apparatus,drawing machine,external wall insulation weatherproof tester,wall sound insulation performance testing instrument for determination of physical analysis.Early,record heat preservation system without accelerated by the destruction test material coefficient of thermal conductivity,compound thermal insulation wall heat transfer coefficient,heat preservation system of physical bonding strength,wall sound insulation performance;Test,record test insulated wall change curve of temperature and humidity,different cycling test at the end of the apparent damage of exterior wall thermal insulation system;End of the test,record the apparent damage exterior wall thermal insulation system,the coefficient of thermal conductivity of insulated wall after accelerated test,the heat transfer coefficient,bonding strength and sound insulation performance of walls,and then through the test data of exterior wall thermal insulation system,draw the curve between the energy saving quantity and use fixed number of year.Combining the above research,hope to cold region quantitative analysis and optimization of exterior wall thermal insulation energy-saving effect,building energy conservation calculation software for cold areas to provide the use fixed number of year variation coefficient.
