Since 201 5,when China’s prime minister,li keqiang.in his government work report put forward the slogan of "innovation,peoples entrepreneurship",and in the countries of the "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" strategic emerging industry development research(2016-2020),"the report emphasized the" much starker choices-and graver consequences-in"period,in strategic emerging industries in the economic and social development will be more prominent position,and strive to build a new system of modern industry,to promote the sustainable development of social economy.The tenth item of the report emphasizes the support and encouragement of the construction of industrial innovation system,especially the new innovative industrial platform of mass entrepreneurship.Under the background of this wave of innovation,crowd innovation space emerges at the historic moment,and a wave of crowd innovation is set off across the country.Various first-tier cities have responded positively,and many crowd innovation Spaces have been set up,including wuhan.Since 2015,the number of mass innovation space in wuhan has been increasing gradually.Under this growing trend,how to make the mass innovation space in wuhan develop better is the main research purpose of this paper.Firstly,based on the distribution characteristics of crowd innovation space in wuhan,this paper finds out where the main clustering areas are and what characteristics this clustering area satisfies to make the crowd innovation space cluster.Combined with the guidance of the theory of regional innovation system,and from the two aspects of innovation network and innovation environment,this paper gives optimization strategies and methods for the layout of crowd innovation network and the optimization of crowd innovation environment in wuhan in the future,hoping to provide reference for the development of crowd innovation space in wuhan in the future.As a whole,this paper is mainly divided into two research stages.The first stage focuses on theoretical research and the second on empirical research.In theoretical research,it is divided into two parts.The first part is to introduce the concept of regional innovation system theory.The integrity of the structure of regional innovation system should be composed of innovation network and innovation environment on the premise of ensuring the integrity of the innovation subject.There are three main elements of innovation network:social relation network,human resource network and economic connection network.The innovation environment is mainly composed of market transaction environment,space organization environment and operation mechanism environment.The second chapter introduces four methods of element network of mass innovation space guided by the theory of regional innovation system:close to the element network of innovation,embedded in the area where mass innovation is concentrated,relying on the pattern of industrial park and building an innovation network based on market benefits.The theory requires innovation environment to be composed of six aspects:infrastructure environment,natural landscape environment,social and cultural environment,financing conditions environment,policy advantage environment and innovation exchange environment.These two chapters are mainly the integration of theories and make clear which aspects of mass innovation space should be analyzed under the guidance of regional innovation system theory.It lays a foundation for the empirical research in the following part.In the aspect of empirical research,chapter four analyzes the distribution of crowd innovation space from the perspective of wuhan as a whole,observes which regions wuhan innovation network is connected in space,and finds that the density of crowd innovation space is the highest in the east lake high-tech development zone of wuhan.Chapter five takes the cluster area of crowd innovation space as the main research object,and analyzes the overall environmental characteristics and discusses the spatial organization characteristics of the cluster group of crowd innovation space based on the analysis of the innovative environmental requirements of crowd innovation space in the eyes of the operators in the field survey.Finally,combined with the theory of regional innovation system,a new pattern of wuhan mass innovation space and optimization of innovation environment strategy are proposed for wuhan mass innovation space.
