The urban spatial form reflects not only the overall architectural form of a city,but also the urban eultural features,landseape features,historieal features and architectural features.which is important.The design basis is based on the intensity of various types of land use in the upper plan.In the first decade of this century,the number of agricultural hukou in China was surpassed by the number of non-agricultural hukou for the first time,which is also a point of mutation in China's urbanization process.In the actual construction of the city,there should be a limit value to control the intensity of land use and the maximum size of the population.With the support of digital technology,the urban spatial shape model of Wanzhuang New District is exported,and the workflow and operation ideas of urban spatial form design based on digital technology are obtained.The paper mainly consists of four parts:In the first part,the development orientation of Langfang City in the regional level of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region,Wanzhuang New District is interpreted at the Langfang city level development orientation,and the Wanzhuang New District master plan and base characteristic resources are analyzed according to the research method.It provides a theoretical basis for the construction of spatial construction potential models and the selection and evaluation of impact factors.The second part is the method,principle and process of evaluating the potential level of space construction.According to the efficiency principle of microeconomics,the Delphi method is used to conduct three rounds of expert investigation on the impact factor.After three roumds of mandatory selection,the final impact factor is determined.Then,the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the seeond-level three-level weight.In the third part,according to the spatial form requirements of various types of land use,the standard form of the spatial form of the basic unit is arranged.By establishing the transformation relationship between the construction potential level and the spatial form,the construction potential value is converted into a three-dimensional spatial shape model to form the basic space of the Wanzhuang New Area.Morphological model.In the fourth part,by constructing the spatial shape correction module under real vision,based on Arc Scence technology,the quantitative calculation and analysis of the current space of the basic spatial shape model of Wanzhuang New Area is carried out,and the problem-oriented problem is presented.Optimize strategies and make corrections.
