| The current problem of agring in my country is becoming more and more serious.The fast-paced life has limited the family and children’s companionship of the elderly,leading to the phenomenon of loneliness in the elderly.The traditional old-age care facility planning takes the basic life of the elderly as nursing,medical care,etc.as a research perspective.There is little research on the spiritual level of the elderly’s social needs,and it has been unable to meet the high-level elderly care and social needs of contemporary elderly people.The elderly have a good living environment in their old age,and at the same time reintegrate into the society to realize the transformation of social roles.In the planning of elderly care facilities,it is necessary to provide more communicative activity spaces to keep the elderly active.This paper takes Wanzhuang New District,which is rich in agricultural resources,as the research object,combines the current social care demands of the elderly,and combines urban agriculture with the functions of old-age care,hoping to provide new social life for the elderly through the functions of urban agriculture’s productivity and participation Way,put forward a productive pension model,explore the layout system and type combination of the old-age facilities in Wanzhuang New District under the productive pension model,and propose a suitable and productive space model and operation management strategy.The thesis mainly includes four parts:The first part is to determine the productive old-age service model based on the old-age social appeal of the old people.Firstly,guided by the sociological theory of old age,combing the limitations of traditional old-age facilities and the factors affecting the location of old-age facilities,combined with the research on old-age needs,put forward the old-age social care demands of the elderly;The productive space is related to the old-age facilities,and the necessity of suitable aging productive space is proposed;then the theory and practice of combining agriculture with urban space are summarized,and the types of urban agricultural land are summarized;finally from the aspects of site selection,scale,type and management,etc.Start with a productive pension service model.The second part is to evaluate the suitability of old and livable land in Wanzhuang New District from the perspective of productive pension.Through the interpretation of the development positioning of Wanzhuang New District and the elements of productive pension resources,the evaluation factors are determined and the index evaluation system is established.The AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight values of the factors.The Arc GIS platform is used to superimpose the factors of environment,life and transportation facilities.Graphical illustration of the evaluation of the grading of the habitability of residential land..The third part is to determine the layout of the old-age planting area and the five-minute and fifteen-minute life circle-level old-age facilities.First,the elderly population in the Wanzhuang New District and the 15-minute life circle community scope and core position are predicted;secondly,according to the scale of the unit agricultural land and the number of population,the potential range of the old productive green land is arranged within the 15-minute life circle community scope Elderly planting area;15-minute life-cycle-level elder care facilities are arranged in areas with a high level of habitability and closeness to the old-age planting area;Finally,the arc-GIS network analysis method is used to simulate the five-minute life-level elder care facilities.In the fourth part,it puts forward the guiding strategy for the design of suitable old productive space.Summarize the layout pattern of land for pension facilities under the productive pension mode.According to the fifteen-minute and five-minute life circle elderly care facilities and the elderly planting area,the spatial organization model of Lintian Jianyuan and Weixinliutian was proposed,and the strategies of crop configuration and operation management were proposed respectively. |
