With the popularization of gluing technology,most automotive and electronic industries use gluing to ensure the sealing of irregular parts.The performance of gluing equipment directly affects the quality of sealing and production efficiency.Therefore,the relevant manufacturing enterprises urgently need a special adhesive gluing system with humanization,universality and high efficiency.In this paper,the development status of gluing system is studied,the classification of gluing equipment and technology is introduced,the development status of EtherCAT technology is summarized,and the influencing factors of gluing control,the technological requirements and technical indicators of gluing are analyzed.On this basis,the industrial control computer is selected as the main controller and the AC servo system as the actuator of motion control.The basic structure and framework of the Dispensing system are designed,The detailed design of each component is given,Including industrial computer,touch screen,glue supply system,bus coupler,input module,safety module,serial port module,electronic balance,servo driver and AC servo motor,etc.The basic working principle of glue discharge control and positioning mechanism is briefly described.Based on the basic structure of glue coating system,the hardware design of the control system is completed,including the main power supply circuit,power supply circuit,input and output signal circuit,servo unit circuit,weighing unit circuit,hand-held unit circuit and temperature control unit circuit.According to the technical requirements of the gluing system,the software design of the gluing system is completed,including the design of the gluing control flow,the motion control unit,the safety control unit and the HMI interactive design.In the design of motion control unit,CNC technology and position detection algorithm of glue head are used,which not only improves the production efficiency of glue coating,but also ensures the consistency of glue coating position.Finally,the hardware installation and system debugging of the equipment are completed,the software and hardware design of the gluing system is improved,and the test work such as gluing beat test,gluing consistency test and repeated positioning test is carried out.The test results show that the automatic glue coating system designed in this paper basically meets the predetermined design specifications and the requirements of market application. |
