Research On The Protection And Space Reconstruction Of Jinan Historic District

The historic block refers to a block with a certain scale of historical relics,complete and representative block features,and rich historical and cultural resources within the space.Because of its historical value,aesthetic value and economic value,the historical district has become a typical representative of reflecting urban cultural characteristics,creating urban cultural atmosphere and promoting urban cultural Renaissance.However,after a long period of baptism,the historic district is severely damaged.Due to the lack of scientific,forward-looking and strategic planning and driven by multiple interest groups,the blind upsurge of reconstruction in various cities has brought secondary damage to the block.Due to the multifarious protection categories of historic blocks and the large number of stakeholders involved,the expected results of block protection work cannot be achieved.In addition,there are certain conflicts between historical blocks and modern cities.How to keep the historical blocks from being separated from the development of modern cities on the basis of continuing the historical features and regional cultural characteristics of the blocks is an urgent problem to be solved.As the second batch of famous historical and cultural cities approved by the state council,jinan historical block has not been well used at the present stage,and its cultural,economic and social values still have a lot of space to explore.How to deal with the relationship between protection and space reconstruction,and find a suitable path for the future development while solving the existing problems of the historic district,is the topic of this paper.Based on the case study of jinan historical district,on the premise of correctly understanding the cultural connotation of historical district,this paper firstly discusses the research background,significance,domestic and foreign research results,and puts forward research ideas and methods.Secondly,it defines the concept of the protection and space reconstruction of historic blocks,and expounds the correlation between them.The historical evolution,spatial evolution,distribution,development and value embodiment of jinan ancient city are summarized again.Based on the analysis of the current situation of jinan historic district,the corresponding protection path is proposed.Finally,taking thehistorical block development projects in the old city and commercial port of jinan as the research object,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the spatial reconstruction of the historical block in jinan city,and puts forward feasible spatial reconstruction paths on this basis.
