The Spatial Coordination Of The Protection Scope Of Xi'an Historical And Cultural Block

Historical and cultural blocks is an important part of the urban cultural system and is the certain period of urban cultural relics of the gathering place.It is a external window of urban culture displayed.With the development connotations in China and the strong appeal of the present urban cultural characteristics,it brings new opportunities for the development of historical and cultural blocks.However,at present,there are still some shortcomings in the construction of space within the scope protection of historical and cultural blocks,especially the construction neglected in control zones of the protection area,resulting in poor overall protection of the blocks.Based on the theory of system theory and synergetic view,this paper takes three historical and cultural blocks of Xi'an as the research objects,and explores the comprehensive evaluation and mechanism analysis coordination,in the coordination of the environmental protection between the core protected area and the current control zone,getting the reasons for the impact of building.This paper first focuses on the background of the China's urban development,the lack of cultural characteristics and the protection of Xi'an historical and cultural blocks.Then the analysis of the construction of historical and cultural blocks,and this paper analyzes the present situation and expounds the purpose and significance of research.On the basis of the above,the paper analyzes the contents of the protection of the historical and cultural blocks at home and abroad,the research on the protection area and the coordination of the historical space,and explains the definition and connotation of the spatial coordination of the historical and cultural blocks.laying the foundation for later analysis.In the evaluation analysis,the corresponding evaluation system is constructed by the analytic hierarchy process and the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method,and the empirical evaluation of the three historical and cultural blocks in Xi'an is carried out respectively.,which is used to evaluate the research questions,and get the comprehensive and comparative analysis of the results toexplore the degree of spatial coordination.The mechanism analysis with the system theory and the principle of synergies,from the social,cultural,economic,technical aspects of in-depth elabor tion,based on the evaluation of historical and cultural blocks of the scope of the coordination of space.Finally,the corresponding protection strategies are put forward for the follow-up and development of the construction control zone,based on the feedback of the evaluation results and the analysis of the problem mechanism,.The main ideas of the study are "asking questions-analyzing problems-solving problems".It is a problem-oriented evaluation system was that combining with different people's demand for space construction to make a scientific and feasible analysis and evaluation system.Finally the research put forward the strategies to solve the problem combining the evaluation results and spatial coordination of the mechanism of the problem analysis.The innovation of this paper is based on the viewpoint of protection and development on historical and cultural blocks,and analyzes the spatial coordination degree between the core protected areas and the control zone,and then explores the spatial coordination degree results of the protected areas in different levels of protected areas within the district protection area,revealing the status quo of the development of the status quo and the existence of problems to provide guidance for the later construction.
