| As the main power plant in vessels,marine diesel engine directly affects the power,economy and reliability of the ship.The key parts of marine diesel engine are typical complex design and manufacturing products,they have complex structure and various processing techniques,which brings great challenges to manufacturing.With the popularization of digital manufacturing technology,more and more companies put their attention on the research of CAD/CAM integration technology.However,due to different information specifications among enterprises,they can’t guarantee the information in the manufacturing process,which leads to the failure of CAD/CAM technology to be implemented in enterprises.At the same time,the current CNC programming mode of enterprises is mainly based on manual programming,which is inefficient.In addition,the process integration and information sharing between the process design and numerical control programming can’t be realized.Therefore,it can’t meet the requirements of diesel engine manufacturing enterprises.On the basis of fully researching and analyzing the CAD/CAM integration in diesel engine manufacturers,this paper summarized the characteristics of the key parts process and manufacturing of marine diesel engines.Through exploration of MBD technology and feature recognition technology,the integration of tool path planning and post-processing customization has solved the problem of non-uniformity of information sources within the enterprise and opened up the information circulation between CAD/CAM modules.In order to improve the production mode as well as the overall manufacturing level of marine diesel engines,design and develop a CNC rapid programming system for marine diesel engine based on manufacturing features.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Definition and classification of manufacturing features of key parts of marine diesel engine.On the basis of summarizing the design and manufacturing characteristics of the key parts of diesel engine,and the geometric information of the parts is combined with the non-geometric semantic information to realize the definition and classification of the key component manufacturing features.(2)Research on manufacturing feature recognition technology of the key parts of marine diesel engine.According to the definition and classification of manufacturing features,the features are transformed into the attribute adjacency graph,The sub-graph isomorphism algorithm is used to realize the identification matching of the manufacturing features,which provides important support for subsequent manufacturing process.(3)Research on Tool Path Planning Technology for Key Parts of Marine Diesel Engine Based on Manufacturing Features.Based on the feature recognition,the reusable NC process template set is constructed by using the relationship between the manufacturing features and the machining template.At the same time,the key parts of the diesel engine are analyzed in groups,and the automatic tool path of the manufacturing features is realized.According to the requirements of the enterprise for the NC code,the post processor need to be customized.The NC program or tool path is simulated and verified based on VERICUT to check the correctness of programs and tool paths.Finally,the NC machining of key parts is completed.(4)Development of the rapid NC programming system.Based on the above theoretical basis and key technologies,combined with the actual processing requirements of the enterprise,the rapid NC programming system for design and manufacturing integration is developed based on the NX platform,Moreover,the feasibility and practicability of the system are verified through an example. |
