A Post-occupancy Evalution Study On The Internal Recreation Space Of Commercial Complex In Hefei City

With the rapid development of urbanization in china,requirements of users for the spatial quality of urban commercial complexes rises.This paper Based on the demand of modern concept of consumption for recreation space and correlation between recreation space of commercial complex and growth of consumption.We explore the post-use evaluation of recreation space of commercial complex in hefei combining the functions,characteristics and distribution of recreation space of commercial complex to.The main research is about the recreation space of the urban commercial and office complex based on the large shopping center.The case in hefei is evaluated by post evaluation system to analyze whether it can make up the deficiency of urban public recreation space to some extent.This paper investigated the literature research and field,and summarize the use of condition evaluation(POE,Post-occupancy Evaluation),analysis and evaluat the differences of the public.Based on the research of exploratory research,we established a commercial complex recreation space after the use of evaluation index system,and concrete method and steps of operation.Before the evaluat cases selected,relevant surveys are conducted on all commercial complexes in hefei.The most representative cases with a certain period of use are selected for evaluation.After the evaluated case,we focused on the investigation of the current situation of leisure space,according to the plan.We thought it reasonable for the current situation of the leisure space for many times.Considering behavior observation records of users,we extended the use of appraisal satisfaction questionnaire,and interview different types of users,to get a relatively comprehensive and objective evaluation after the use of information.Different methods are used for complement each other to obtain more accurate evaluation results.Based on the research results,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the leisure space of selected cases,and puts forward relevant problems that need to be optimized,and provides Suggestions for optimization.By understanding users' needs and satisfaction degree of recreation space,the activity rules of users in the recreation space of commercial complex were analyzed,and the design requirements of the recreation space of commercial complex were summarized,which then extended to the design principles and design strategies.Combined with the excellent cases of recreation space of commercial complex at home and abroad,this paper discusses the node design methods and techniques of recreation space,including entrance square,atrium,corridor,roof space,recreation facilities and lighting,etc.Finally,this paper hopes that the case study of the evaluation of recreation space of commercial complex in hefei city will have practical significance and bring feedback exploration to the hefei area and even wider area.
