| With the improvement of living standards,people’s living needs have realized the extension from the material level to the spiritual level.Under the background of the era of consumption upgrading,block-style commercial complexes with experiential consumption as the core arise at the historic moment.Compared with the traditional business model,it brings people a full range of immersive experiences by constructing a three-dimensional composite consumption and living space.Its open street space,as an important place for urban residents to relax,entertain and socialize,not only meets people’s deeper spiritual needs for street life,but also greatly stimulates the vitality of urban space.From the perspective of post-occupancy evaluation(POE),this article takes the High Streets and In Street of the MIXC World in Shenzhen as an example,uses the research method of combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis to deeply discuss how the block-style commercial complex should create a good and humanized street space to meet the consumption,social activities and psychological needs of urban residents.Firstly,through the research and sorting of existing domestic and foreign literature,this paper comprehensively interprets the development context,related concepts and basic characteristics of the block-style commercial complex and its street space.At the same time,from the aspects of qualitative research and quantitative research,the paper expounds several relevant elements that constitute the street space of block-style commercial complex: street width to height ratio,interface density,interface transparency and spatial interface elements,additional landscape elements and so on.Secondly,by adopting the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this paper constructs a satisfaction evaluation index system for street space of the block-style commercial complex from three aspects: physical environment,using function and operation guarantee.The judgment matrices among the target layer,the criterion layer,the sub-criterion layer and the index layer in the evaluation system is assigned by the way of experts scoring,and the consistency of the results is checked,and the weight value of the importance of each evaluation index relative to the overall target is determined.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)is used to transform the descriptive qualitative evaluation in the questionnaire into numerical quantitative evaluation.Finally,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the spatial morphology,behavioral activities and customer satisfaction evaluation of the High Streets and In Street of the MIXC World in Shenzhen by the combination of current situation investigation and questionnaire survey.On this basis,the existing problems in the street space of the MIXC World are summarized,and specific optimization strategies are proposed from the aspects of interface modeling,vitality creation,situational experience,and street environment,so as to improve its comfort and experience and provide more references for the street space design of block-style commercial complex in the future. |
