Nowadays,the level of modernization in China is gradually improving.With the promotion of Made-in-China 2025,the manufacturing industry is developing rapidly,which also promotes the rapid development of the automobile manufacturing industry.The degree of flexibility and automation of automobile production line is increasing day by day.As an important part of the whole automobile production line,the automobile floor welding production line studied in this design must meet the requirements of the modern new automobile production line and complete the modern production requirements.In this paper,a flexible production line for automobile floor welding is designed based on the project of a certain automobile group's automobile floor welding production line.The production line is centered on welding manipulator,equipped with fixtures and related peripheral auxiliary equipment,rationally planned welding path and procedure,minimized auxiliary equipment,reduced auxiliary process time,and improved flexibility,reliability and reliability of welding production line.Economics,thereby improving the competitiveness of automobile manufacturers in the industry.This paper mainly summarizes the welding flexible production line for automobile floor welding,and designs the software and hardware of its electronic control system.Then the subsystems of the electronic control system of this welding flexible production line are designed and debugged.Touch screen is used to monitor and manage the field equipment in the whole system.The design idea and process of the monitoring system are put forward in order to realize the real-time monitoring and setting of system status and parameters,report generation,fault alarm and other functions.In the control system of the production line,the traditional PID control system,and the fuzzy neural network-based PID control algorithm are applied to the frequency conversion and speed regulation process of the production line and compared.The simulation research is carried out with the help of MATLAB.At the same time,the on-line tuning of PID parameters is realized by means of WinCC configuration software.Through simulation and debugging,the system has strong robustness and good anti-jamming performance,which has a certain guidance significance for speed control of flexible production line of automobile bottom plate welding.
