A Study On Informationization Of Real Estate Archives Management Based On BIM Cloud Technology

City real estate archives management is an important part of urban real estate management.At present,there are many problems in urban real estate archives management in China,such as insufficient information,low visualization and low intelligence.It can not adapt to the construction and development of "smart city" and city information model(CIM)platform.Therefore,how to combine information model method,system analysis and design method,cloud platform and big data technology with traditional urban real estate management method,systematically improve the visualization and information level of urban real estate file management,realize real estate information sharing and cooperative work based on cloud platform,and create conditions for the construction of "intelligent city" and intelligent management of urban real estate.Based on the visualization and information requirement analysis of urban real estate archives,this paper synthetically applies system analysis and system design method to determine the system objectives and complete the system function architecture design.On the basis of system design and function requirements,applying information model and standardized design method,combining with national and industry related professional norms and information related standards and BIM cloud platform requirements,this paper puts forward BIM model establishment method,information processing standard of related electronic archives and visual association method of model and archives,and applies typical BIM software to realize visualization and information integration BIM solution of real estate archives.Based on this research,cloud platform and big data technology are further applied to real estate file management platform,and the implementation means and management process based on BIM cloud platform big data are studied.Combined with practical engineering,the concrete realization method of the research results is expounded by using using the empirical method,obtains the application effect,and verifies the scientific nature of the research method and technical route.According to the application system analysis,information design and building information model(BIM)method,as well as the real estate file information management platform visualization,information needs,this paper established the basic real estate file information visualization processing process.This paper puts forward the standard of real estate file information processing and the basic modeling precision standard of BIM model according to the research of BIM map element classification and data classification,and combines the national relevant building information model LOD international standard and electronic file information standard.Based on this,the BIM model structure and data structure system are established.This paper selects the cloud platform which meets the requirements of the BIM model format,the function is more mature,the market share is high,and the real estate file information in the real estate file information management platform is processed electronically through the BIM technology.The feasibility of the technical route of the article is verified by practical cases.
