With the rapid development and popularization of the electric vehicle industry,electric vehicle infrastructure has also been rapidly promoted.However,charging infrastructure is still one of the important factors restricting the development of the electric vehicle industry,with problems such as inconsistent proportion of vehicle piles and high failure rate of equipment.Therefore,in order to the safe and stable operation of charging equipment fast and fault diagnosis and maintenance,this article is based on B/S structure and ASP.NET platform to design a set of electric vehicle charging equipment state monitoring and remote fault diagnosis system,the implementation of the charging device in the process of running of the equipment condition monitoring,fault diagnosis and maintenance instruction further.Firstly,the hardware requirements of the system are analyzed,and the four-layer structure of the system is designed,including device layer,communication layer,service layer and client layer.Then,according to the functions that need to be realized,it is divided into three functional modules: state monitoring module,fault diagnosis module and management module.The state detection module mainly monitors the operation status of charging equipment in real time in the form of graph.The fault diagnosis module is mainly used to quickly locate the fault and analyze the cause of the fault after the fault occurs.Management module is mainly used for account management and system Settings.Secondly,the charging device hardware is analyzed and the communication mode between the charging device hardware and the server is designed.Among them,GPRS wireless communication is adopted between charging pile and server,and TCP/IP-based Socket communication is adopted for data transmission.The communication between the distribution room and the server is realized by the station monitoring system,which is directly connected to the server database through the Internet.Thirdly,by analyzing the requirements of state monitoring and fault diagnosis,the communication data set required for state monitoring is designed,and the expert system and fault tree analysis method are adopted as the fault diagnosis methods.The possible faults of charging equipment are analyzed,and system fault trees are established according to different devices,and the faults are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively based on the fault tree analysis method.Finally,based on Web and ASP.NET platform,using HTML and JavaScript and c # language for system design and development of the front-end and back-end in,the system USES a cloud server,the primary design of charging pile and substation monitoring module,charging real-time condition monitoring,fault diagnosis background processing module,fault fault processing module and query module.The real-time status monitoring of the charging equipment during operation and the maintenance guidance of the equipment after the failure are realized.
