develop the secondary and tertiary industries and strive to improve th e level of urbanization.Shihezi City,Wujiaqu City,Tumushuk City and Alar C ity are four cities with a certain scale and earlier in the Corps.During the sec ond decade of this century,relying on policy factors,it is also to achieve the Corps.For sustainable development,it is necessary to implement a county-level city under the jurisdiction of an autonomous region,such as the second divisi on of the city of Tiemenguan,the fourth division of Kekdala,the fifth division of Shuanghe City,and the first The ten divisions of Beibei analyzed.Analyze the macroscopic and medium-microscopic landscape chan ges from the period of the town to the city and then to the completion of the construction planning,and explore the transformation of the settlement functio n on the macro scale,the measurement of the built-up area,the road network measurement,and the cultural landscape names and urban landscape functional areas.The change.Some major conclusions have been drawn,as follows:1.Before the establishment of the city,the Corps vigorously developed urbanization,relying on policy promotion and upgrading of basic living facilities.The 89 th regiment gradually attracted the migration of surrounding company re sidents to the regiment,prompting the gap between the regiment and the comp any in the living settlement and production settlement.It is getting bigger and bigger,until it is completely transformed into a simple life-type and production-type settlement;after the city is established,as the urban construction investm ent is getting bigger and bigger,the demand for manpower is getting bigger a nd bigger,and the internal population of this group alone is no longer It may meet the needs of urban development and construction,and will gradually attra ct the population of the rest of the surrounding divisions of the fifth division,as well as the local and foreign populations,in order to meet their own needs.2.The urban built-up area has increased from 1.73 km2 in 2006 to 9.77 k m2 in 2016,and has been further improved on the basis of today.It reached23.08 km2 in 2030,and its urban center of gravity has also been transferred t o the new city.Not only has the city's built-up area been greatly increased,bu t its road network construction has also made great progress with the expansio n of the built-up area.All road indices are shifting towards optimization.The construction of urban roads is more scientific and perfect,the roads of detours are gradually reduced to disappear,the scope of road services is expanding,a nd the degree of utilization is further improved.3.The development concept of the city and the layout of the macro functi onal area are more planning and scientific.As a group field,there was not mu ch planning in the construction of the group.As a newly built city,through th e design planning of the well-known urban design planning institute in China,water was introduced into the city to create an urban ecological water system with “double river convergence and colorful square city”.pattern.In the futu re planning and construction,the urban landscape structure of “two belts,two axes,two corridors and six districts and multiple nodes” will be established b y means of shaping,creating momentum,finishing touch,structure,communicat ion and viewing.In terms of the layout of the functional area,the prevailingwind direction and the location relationship of the industrial park are fully con sidered,which provides a scientific guarantee for the quality of life of the resi dents in the urban living area.4.During the construction of the new city,some new place names and ro ad names will also appear.The changes in the cultural landscape reflected in t he construction of Shuanghe City are also great,not only the number of times.Moreover,the naming of place names and road names has increasingly reflect ed the modern attributes of urban construction and the characteristics of local history and culture and natural geographical landscape.Finally,the paper analyzes the evolution of the urban landscape functional area and the change of landscape index in the three periods of the city from t he period of the township(2006)to the approval of the city(2016)and after the completion of the planning and
