Research On Evaluation System And Method Of High-end Transformer Green Manufacturing Process

In the face of environmental resources such as global warming,the implementation of green development policies has become the consensus of manufacturing companies in various countries.At the same time as the scale of the transformer industry is growing,with the introduction of various policies and regulations,the green development of transformers is becoming more and more clear,and the guiding and guiding role for transformer companies is becoming more and more clear.Because the overall manufacturing process of the transformer is the most important part of the product's life cycle,it consumes resources and energy,produces environmental pollution emissions,and causes occupational health and safety problems.Therefore,the green analysis of the transformer manufacturing process has become an important research aspect.This paper combines the “Green Manufacturing System Integration Project” of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the “High-end Transformer Green Process Manufacturing and System Integration Project” of a certain enterprise in the autonomous region to do the concept,evaluation system and evaluation method of the transformer manufacturing process for green manufacturing.Related research,the main work and research results are as follows:(1)Firstly,the research background and research significance of this paper are expounded.The research status of green manufacturing related technology at home and abroad is introduced.The resource and environmental problems arising from the production of transformer components in the workshop are discussed.The shortcomings in the current research are summarized.The research framework of the subject.(2)Then introduce the enterprise profile of the targeted research in this paper.According to the processing characteristics of the green manufacturing system and the transformer manufacturing process,comprehensively consider the resource energy consumption and environmental impact,and establish the input-process-output(IPO)of the overall processing chain.The model and the analysis of the manufacturing process of different processing workshops put forward the evaluation index system of the transformer green manufacturing process.(3)Then,based on the characteristics of transformer green manufacturing process,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on cloud model is proposed.The model of determining the weight coefficient of index and the comprehensive calculation method of cloud model are introduced by AHP and fuzzy network analysis.(4)Finally,through the example simulation,the comprehensive evaluation of the greenness of the entire manufacturing process of the enterprise transformer is carried out,and the comprehensive evaluation cloud map is obtained.The cloud analysis of the comprehensive index evaluation results in the production link that affects the green development of the overall manufacturing process of the transformer.
