Intelligent manufacturing is a strategic dominant position in the current global manufacturing competition environment.Especially in the face of the expansion of market demand and the increase in customer demand for products,many manufacturing companies have improved their production capacity through innovation in intelligent technology,thereby improving market competitiveness.At the same time,in recent years,the country has also vigorously advocated the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing,and has formulated a series of policies and guidelines to provide guidance for enterprises.As a small and medium-sized manufacturing industry in this environment,Company D is mainly engaged in the research and development and production of electric vacuum pumps for automobile parts.It has just entered the market soon.Although its own product quality is excellent,it is still facing severe market competitiveness.Gradually showed its own lack of production capacity.Therefore,in order to achieve the goals of adapting to market demands and improving market competitiveness,Company D followed the current trend of intelligent manufacturing transformation,established an automated and intelligent operation model,and further improved the production process of enterprises to improve production efficiency and product quality with the help of intelligent manufacturing.reduce costs.However,similar to many enterprises in the process of transformation,Company D had no prior experience in intelligent construction,and there may be some deficiencies in the process of optimizing the production process for intelligent manufacturing,which may easily affect the future development of the enterprise.Based on the above circumstances,this thesis takes D Company as the research object,establishes an evaluation system for the production process of intelligent manufacturing,evaluates D Company,and proposes optimization suggestions for deficiencies based on the evaluation results.First of all,this thesis summarizes the concepts and optimization methods of production process,the meaning of intelligent manufacturing and technological development based on the related research and basic theory of the predecessors.basis;Secondly,through questionnaires and interviews,we can obtain the current status of D's production process,clarify the future development goals,and then determine the need and direction for further evaluation and optimization;Then,this paper combines the optimization goals and elements of the production process and the relevant theoretical methods of intelligent manufacturing,draws on the relevant literature research,determines the indicators of this evaluation and makes corresponding explanations,and uses AHP and rough set theory to determine the subjective and objective weights of the indicators.Use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to score D company,and analyze the results according to the actual situation of D company;Finally,according to the above evaluation results and analysis,it puts forward optimization suggestions suitable for D company.This thesis evaluates the production process of D company for intelligent manufacturing and puts forward optimization suggestions,which can help D company understand its own level of construction in intelligent manufacturing,and provide a reference for other companies that are undergoing a similar transformation process as D company.reference.
