Manufacturing industry is the basic industry of national economic development.With the world's manufacturing powers attaching importance to manufacturing industry and putting forward their own national manufacturing development plans,China has also promulgated "Made in China 2025" to achieve the strategic goal of manufacturing power.Among the five major projects,the development of green manufacturing engineering is particularly important.For a long time,China's ship matching industry has been in the traditional mechanical processing process,with weak green and serious environmental impact.In the research and application of green manufacturing,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research,but the research on green manufacturing of ship matching industry has not gone deep into the workshop manufacturing process.Therefore,the development and application of green optimization platform for key parts manufacturing is of great significance to the ship matching industry.Therefore,based on the background of marine supporting industry and the green research of workshop manufacturing process,this paper proposes a green optimization platform for manufacturing process of marine diesel engine supporting enterprises,and studies the detailed operation process of the green evaluation module,green index prediction and optimization module and the data support needed for application,and applies the platform to the marine matching enterprise machine-added manufacturing workshop to achieve green optimization of key parts manufacturing process.Firstly,the overall framework and overall operation process of the green optimization platform for manufacturing process of marine diesel engine supporting enterprises are constructed,and the operation process of each functional module in the platform is elaborated in detail.The functional structure,functional model and information model of the green optimization platform are designed.Secondly,aiming at the green evaluation module in the green optimization platform,the detailed operation process and database support of the module in the platform are put forward and analyzed;the green evaluation index system and the green evaluation algorithm library for the key parts manufacturing process are established,and the platform recommendation evaluation method is elaborated in detail;the module is applied to the manufacturing process of machine shop of ship supporting enterprises,and the green index data acquisition process and acquisition method are proposed.Based on the green index data collected from the manufacturing process of compressor impeller,the application of the platform green evaluation module is demonstrated.Finally,aiming at the green index prediction and optimization module in the green optimization platform,the detailed operation process and database support of the module in the platform are put forward and analyzed;the green index prediction method library of key parts manufacturing process is established,the energy consumption prediction method and carbon emission prediction method in manufacturing process are proposed,and the energy consumption prediction of compressor impeller manufacturing process is taken as an example to the platform.Aiming at the function of green scheduling optimization in this module,an energy-based optimization model of workshop scheduling is proposed,which takes the energy consumption of workshop manufacturing and the maximum completion time as the multi-optimization objectives,and uses the platform recommended NSGA-II algorithm to solve the optimization problem.Through case simulation,the feasibility and effectiveness of the platform green scheduling optimization model and the recommended algorithm are validated.
