Study On Resource & Environment Evaluation Of Green Manufacturing Process

Resources, Environment and Population are the three main problems which human beings must be faced with at present time. As one of the foundations of nation economics, industry creates abundant of fortune. But it also is the important origin of environment problem as well as resources consumption.Green Manufacturing (GM) is a sustainable development mode of modern enterprise. It can reduce the resource resumption and environment pollution in the whole life-cycle of products, which takes on notable social and economic benefits, and will become an important characteristic of manufacturing industry in the 21st century.Green Manufacturing Process (GMP) is one of the key technologies of GM. These objects of Time, Quality, Cost, Resources, Environment are all considered so as to acquired a optimum process planning, which has important significance in reducing the resource consumption and environment pollution in the manufacture processes.With the support of National 863 Plan Fund and Hubei province Natural Science Fund, this project will lucubrate the general methods in green manufacturing process.1. In this paper, the concept and connotation of green manufacturing process were discussed firstly, and the decision object system and decision mode of TQCRE were introduced.2. In chapter three, resource consumption evaluation mode of green manufacturing process were put forward, the resource characteristics of green manufacturing process were analyzed and evaluated in detail. Based on the resource consumption evaluation mode and the resource characteristics of green manufacturing process, a resource consumption optimum method of cutting process parameters (ap, n, f, cutting liquid) were presented.3. In chapter four, environment pollution evaluation mode of green manufacturing process were put forward, the environment characteristics of green manufacturing process were analyzed and evaluated in detail.4. In the last chapter, an application supporting system for greenmanufacturing process was developed.
